Pickled Peppers 1/2 water, 1/2 vinegar, then add coarse salt and sugar. 1 tsp per packed quart jar. Hot packed canned Here is a photo of our pickled home grown Gypsy sweet peppers!

We made some fried green tomatoes with some of our last Beefsteak Tomatoes we had from our garden! Fry them up with some oil, add some freshly chopped garlic and onion..we used an onion from our garden, and add your own preferred spices!
